If you wish to return your item(s) to us, you are entitled to do so within fourteen (14) days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following Return Conditions:
- All return item(s) must be in their original conditions;
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged;
- All tags must still be in place.
How to Return
Before returning your item(s), please fill in our return request form with your name, order number and item(s) you would like to return.
Upon receiving your returns email, our customer service will contact and provide you a “return code” and information on how to return your item(s).
After you have received an email from us with your return number, you will have an additional fourteen (14) days to return your item(s).
Once we receive your returned item(s), and it meets the Return Conditions, we will notify you through an email and process your refund as soon as possible.
We will refund the total purchase price including the shipping cost to the original method of payment within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned item(s).
The return shipping costs are however at your own expense. In any case that a return does not reach our Warehouse Address, La Olivia Kids will not be held liable in anyway or whatsoever. Therefore, we recommend using a tracking safe method.
- All sale items can only be returned for an exchange or refund by online store credit.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- VAT or customs fees for non-EU countries are non-refundable by us. Please contact your local customs office to get a refund.
- If you receive a damaged item, please email us immediately.
