Shipping and Returns

Our headquarter is located in Lisse, Netherlands, just a few steps away from the Dutch tulips park.

Yes! Our physical store at van Swindenstraat, Den Haag. Pick-up is available by appointment only. You will receive an email with the pick-up times availability (Monday - Friday between 9.00-11.00 AM) once your order has been confirmed.

La Olivia currently ships to these countries. Please note that our team is working very hard to make shipping all around the world possible.

We know you can’t wait to receive your orders, that’s why we will send you an email containing a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Otherwise you can check your current status here.

La Olivia Kids offers 2 shipping options. If you want your package to be insured, you can choose the Standard & Secured shipping option. This will insure your package up to 100 euros against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from La Olivia warehouse to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer insured. A signature is required for Standard & Secured deliveries.

If you are not present at the moment of delivery, you will have the option to notify the delivery courier to give your parcel to your neighbour (a signature is still required), otherwise your parcel will automatically be returned to our warehouse. The return will be stated on your tracking status. Please inform our Customer Care team here about your packages being returned to sender. Our team will assist you in re-sending your parcel as soon as possible.

We are very sorry for this inconvenience! But don’t worry, our customer care team will resend the right items that you ordered as soon as possible. Please inform us here as soon as you have opened your parcel.

We are very sorry that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer care team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. You may contact our customer care team here.
